The day kicks off at 9:30 AM at the Activities and Recreation Center located on The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign's campus. Activities include a 2 mile run hosted by Illini Run Club, a clubex workout hosted by J. Gil Fitness with Girl Gains UIUC and Illini Chaarg, a yoga flow, and meditiation session to end it all off.
