"Experience a balanced strengthening and restorative yoga class built to put the mind at ease and start your Sunday off right even in the midst of the hustle and bustle of downtown Urbana. This class is one hour and for all levels of yogis - whether you’ve been practicing for years or are brand new to your practice. Bring your own mat and props (there will be a couple available to borrow if you don’t own one). Your ticket buys your class and one post-class beverage (draft beer/soda/coffee/tea).
